Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk until fully incorporated.
  7. Fold in the sliced peaches gently.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
