  • 2 cups shredded potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and half of the cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the potato mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
