  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the diced potatoes with olive oil and ranch seasoning until evenly coated.
