  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  4. Toss well to coat all the ingredients evenly.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
