Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Deliciously creamy and cheesy scalloped potatoes layered with turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delightful twist.

  • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese, chicken ham, and turkey bacon over the potatoes.
  4. Repeat layers with the remaining potatoes, cheese, ham, and bacon.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the cream mixture evenly over the layered potatoes.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
