- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot until crispy. Remove and crumble it.
- In the same pot, add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in beans, corn, diced tomatoes, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, and the crumbled bacon.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
