  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in orzo and chicken broth, bringing to a boil.
