  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sear the salmon until cooked through.
  3. Add garlic, cherry tomatoes, and spinach to the skillet.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and add Italian seasoning, stirring to combine.
