Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. In a Crock Pot, combine the shredded chicken, turkey bacon, frozen peas and carrots, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, roll out the pie crust and place it on top of the mixture in the Crock Pot.
  5. Cook for an additional 30 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, you can substitute the cream of chicken soup with a homemade version.
  • This dish pairs well with a side salad.
