Crockpot Pork Tenderloin with Brown Sugar Balsamic Glaze

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the pork tenderloin in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the pork in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Remove the pork and slice, serving with the glaze on top.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the pork in the glaze overnight.
