  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the peach mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
