- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat and mix in garlic, parmesan, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise and brush the garlic parm butter generously over the meat.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat-side down, and grill for about 5-6 minutes.
- Flip the tails, basting with more garlic butter, and grill for an additional 5 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
