Grilled Lobster Tails w/ Garlic Parm Butter

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat and mix in garlic, parmesan, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise and brush the garlic parm butter generously over the meat.
  4. Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat-side down, and grill for about 5-6 minutes.
  5. Flip the tails, basting with more garlic butter, and grill for an additional 5 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the butter mixture.
  • Serve with lemon wedges for added brightness.
