  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and chopped turkey bacon.
  3. Add in the shredded cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the sausage balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
