A delicious and comforting keto chicken soup featuring turkey bacon, perfect for a low-carb diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté until onion is translucent.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add shredded chicken, cauliflower, and thyme to the pot. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped turkey bacon before serving.
