Lemon Curd Strawberry Cheesecake Tart

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon curd
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in the lemon curd until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the filling into the tart shell and smooth the top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Top with fresh strawberries just before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra lemony flavor, add more lemon curd to the filling.
  • Use a store-bought tart shell for convenience.
