- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 1 pound carrots
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half.
- Peel and cut the carrots into similar-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, carrots, turkey bacon (cut into pieces), maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and the bacon is crispy.
