One Bowl Banana Bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  3. Stir in the melted butter.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla, and mix well.
  5. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt, then mix.
  6. Add the sugar and flour, and stir just until combined.
