1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
8 ounces cheese tortellini
2 cups fresh spinach
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large pot, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
Add the onion and garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes, bringing it to a boil.
Stir in the tortellini and Italian seasoning; cook according to the package instructions.
Once the tortellini is cooked, add the spinach and season with salt and pepper.
