A delicious and easy sheet pan dinner featuring salmon, lemon, garlic, and turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 3 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, combine garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and melted butter.
  4. Place salmon fillets on the sheet pan and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the salmon.
  6. Crumble the turkey bacon and sprinkle it over the salmon.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
