Spicy Tuna Onigiri

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix the drained tuna with mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and salt.
  3. Once the rice is cooked, let it cool slightly and then wet your hands.
  4. Take a small amount of rice and form a ball, making a small indentation in the center.
  5. Stuff the indentation with the spicy tuna mixture.
  6. Shape the rice back into a ball and wrap it with a strip of nori.
  7. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
