Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the diced chicken until browned.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach; cook until the spinach wilts.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken mixture, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the chicken in Italian dressing before cooking.
