  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
