- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
